Shipping & Delivery Policy At HerHealth Pharmacy, we are committed to delivering your health and wellness products safely and efficiently. Please review our shipping policy below. Shipping Within Canada We currently ship to addresses within Canada only. We are unable to process international orders at this time due to pharmaceutical import/export regulations. Shipping Options & Timeframes Shipping Method Estimated Delivery Cost Standard Shipping 5–7 business days Free on orders over $50; otherwise $7.99 Expedited Shipping 2–3 business days $14.99 Priority / Next Business Day 1 business day $24.99 Delivery timeframes are estimates and begin once your order has been processed and shipped. Remote or rural areas may require additional transit time. Order Processing Orders placed before 12:00 PM EST on business days are typically processed the same day Orders placed after 12:00 PM EST, on weekends, or on statutory holidays will be processed the next business day Prescription medications require pharmacist review and verification before shipping, which may add 1–2 business days to processing time Prescription Medication Shipping Prescription medications are subject to additional handling requirements under Ontario College of Pharmacists (OCP) guidelines: All prescription orders are reviewed and verified by a licensed pharmacist before dispatch Prescription medications are shipped in tamper-evident, discreet packaging with no external indication of contents Controlled substances may require signature upon delivery and valid photo identification A copy of your prescription and any relevant patient information will be included inside the package Temperature-Sensitive Medications Certain medications require temperature-controlled shipping to maintain their efficacy and safety: Temperature-sensitive products (including injectable medications, certain creams, and biologics) are shipped in insulated packaging with cold packs During extreme weather (summer heat or winter cold), we may use upgraded shipping methods at no additional cost to ensure product integrity Temperature-sensitive orders are shipped early in the week to avoid weekend transit delays Upon delivery, please refrigerate temperature-sensitive items promptly as directed on the product label Order Tracking Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your order: Via the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email By logging into your HerHealth account and viewing your order history By contacting us at (647) 000-0000 or info@herhealthphar.com Shipping Restrictions We do not ship to P.O. boxes for prescription medications or controlled substances Some products may not be available for shipment to all provinces or territories due to provincial regulations We reserve the right to refuse shipment if we believe the order does not comply with applicable laws Lost or Damaged Shipments If your order is lost or arrives damaged: Contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date (for lost packages) or upon receipt (for damaged items) We will work with the carrier to investigate and resolve the issue Replacement orders or full refunds will be issued for confirmed lost or damaged shipments at no additional cost Questions?
