Ontario College of Pharmacists (OCP) Disclaimer Minor ailment assessments and prescribing by pharmacists are regulated under the Pharmacy Act, 1991 and the Ontario College of Pharmacists’ Standards of Practice. Our pharmacists follow OCP and Ministry of Health guidelines for the 21 minor ailments eligible for pharmacist prescribing in Ontario. Assessment and prescribing is at the professional discretion of the pharmacist. If the pharmacist determines that your condition is not a minor ailment, or that a prescription is not appropriate, they will refer you to another provider. This service is not a substitute for emergency medical care. Information shared with HerHealth Pharmacy is protected under PHIPA.
Your Right to Decline Virtual Care: Virtual care is optional. You may choose to see a healthcare provider in person at any time. If you prefer in-person care, please contact us at info@herhealthphar.com.
