At HerHealth Pharmacy, your satisfaction and safety are our top priorities. Please review our returns and refund policy below.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, items must meet all of the following criteria:
- The item is unopened and in its original, sealed packaging
- The return request is made within 14 days of the delivery date
- The item is in the same condition as when it was received
- Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is provided
Non-Returnable Items
For health and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:
- Opened medications – any medication whose seal has been broken
- Compounded products – custom-prepared medications and formulations
- Controlled substances – as regulated by federal and provincial law
- Refrigerated or temperature-sensitive products that have left our custody
- Personal care items that have been opened or used
How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please follow these steps:

- Provide your order number and the reason for the return
- Our team will review your request and provide return instructions within 1–2 business days
- Ship the item back using the method specified by our team
Please do not return any items without first contacting us for authorization.
Refund Timeline
Once we receive and inspect your returned item:
- You will receive an email confirmation that your return has been received
- Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days
- Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund
Prescription Medication Returns
Due to provincial pharmacy regulations, prescription medications cannot be returned or refunded once they have been dispensed. This policy exists to protect patient safety and comply with Ontario College of Pharmacists guidelines.
If you have received an incorrect prescription or believe there is an error, please contact us immediately at (647) 000-0000 so we can resolve the issue.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
